I am a certified Brainspotting practitioner. Brainspotting locates points in the client’s visual field that help to access unprocessed trauma in the subcortical brain.
Brainspotting (BSP) was discovered in 2003 by David Grand, Ph.D “Where you look affects how you feel.” It is the brain activity, especially in the subcortical brain that organizes itself around that eye position.
I can help with stuck trauma in the body, which in turn may be creating disease in your body.
This helps symptoms such as feeling constantly exhausted, brain fog, stress, having weight issues.
Brainspotting bypasses the need for you to have to think to remember, so you can deal with past trauma in a safe way. This gets to the negative memory (a brain spot) where the trauma has been stored.
Changing your reaction to a past event will improve your thoughts and your body feels.
My brainspotting sessions include a free discovery call.
3 sessions are recommended as this modality helps with deep-rooted trauma.
