Walk and mindful therapy I have found really helps clients be with themselves and express all their feels. Grief is not just the loss of some one who has died, but may be the feelings wrapped in divorce, job loss or abandonment.

We mooch in Mother Nature to benefit body, mind, soul and spirit. We have a beautiful space at Nook & Nourish and enjoy the bird song and woodlands and the nurturing space inside the hub embodying all that Mother Nature has to offer.
