Be outside Therapy

Connecting with Mother Nature and being around animals is great therapy and certainly helped me on my healing journey..  Being outside will be in the ‘here and now’.  You may find that you are able to reconnect with your emotions, rather than be stuck in a repetitive cycle of less helpful feelings and thoughts.

This form of therapy will benefit people who feel lost with their feelings and are seeking a way to find balance in their lives. I am really fortunate to work at two amazing venues in East Sussex.
