You have had enough of feeling low and exhausted. It’s NOW time to feel energised and empowered.

How to Work with Me

Michelle designs a programme unique to you, building up your emotional resilience and giving you tools to use at home, rebranding yourself to create new habits. 

This is a form of therapy and coaching to give you the life you deserve to be able to live as your true SELF. During our initial contact we will discover where you are on your journey and look at who you want to become and more importantly how you want to feel.

Michelle works with many modalities including hypnotherapy, brainspotting, inner-child and informed parts work.

Brainspotting can help with stuck trauma in the body. It bypasses the need for you to have to think to remember, so you can deal with past trauma in a safe way.

Farm Therapy
